Common questions
What is drayage?
Drayage is the short-distance transport of shipping containers — typically from a port terminal or rail yard to a warehouse or business. If you have a container arriving at the Port of Vancouver and need it delivered locally, that's drayage.
How quickly can you pick up my container?
Most pickups happen within 24 hours of your container being released. We verify holds and clearance before dispatching so there are no wasted trips or delays at the gate.
What if my container has a hold on it?
We check for shipping line holds and customs clearance before scheduling pickup. If there's a hold, we'll let you know immediately so you can resolve it — and we'll schedule the pickup the moment it's released.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The rate we quote is the rate you pay. No fuel surcharges, chassis fees, wait time charges, or surprise line items. Flat rate, all-in.
What container sizes do you handle?
We handle 20' standard, 40' standard, and 40' high cube containers. If you have an oversized or specialty container, call us and we'll work it out.
